Oh, I was going to mention to you too Lee, that at the end of the day my
pedometer recorded 12,995 steps! It felt like it too...

Default This should have come first!!

I think I hit "reply" instead of "reply group" when I sent this one! You'll
probably see it at your home address before you do here! Anyway this post
should have come before the other one!

I did have a great day with my DS. We were outside by 9:00 and by 12:00 we
had most of our 1/2 acre lot weed eated and mowed (except for inside my
fenced garden), then we went to visit my parents and grandmother for a few
hours, had lunch, went grocery shopping (where we also bought some marigolds
for my son's little flower garden), came home weed eated and mowed inside my
fenced garden, then we planted the marigolds.

After supper we had a bath, then cuddled up together in DS's bed where we
read a story and fell off to sleep together! Today were going to Vancouver
(B.C.), for an appointment I have, then we'll try to find DS a kitten. He's
been asking for one for weeks now!

Default Happy MOTHER'S DAY!!!

Thanks Lee. We went into NYC on Saturday to see my step-son, DIL and
grandson. We went to the Bronx Zoo and walked and walked for about 3 hours.
Then we went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner. I had Grilled Tilapia, rice
& beans. DIL and I shared some cheesecake for dessert.

Default Happy MOTHER'S DAY!!!

I'm not one, but my wife is

I bought here 3 dozen colorful daisies...........Lime Green, Orange and
Magenta - with some baby's breathe and ferns..........made for a really nice
arrangement, but then the damn place wanted to charge me an extra $2 to wrap
it in the clear stuff........I said, "Are you Joking?".........she replied,
"No Sir, it cost's extra or we just wrap it in purple tissue
paper......."..........I had just spent close to $40 on the flowers and
there was no way in hell, I had ever been charged for clear wrap in my
life!!!

I swore I will never, ever buy flowers there again!......The flowers looked
great though!
