Default Weigh In Wk 6..

Well... instead of going to my regular Tuesday night meetings, I was feeling
like I needed another day just to help recover from Mother's Day and to help
actually have something reflect on the scale (even if it was just a stayed
the same #), I went to Wednesday mornings meeting, and voila! Going in the
morning was a help (didn't have the whole day to eat & drink water!)

I weighed in at 199.8 with a
-2.4 loss from last week
with a total loss thus far at -10.6

whoo! Every little bit helps!

Good job but don't be surprised if when you go back to your regular meeting,
you don't go down as much. I try to go to the same time if possible as I
love weighing in before I eat anything :-)

I told my husband this... "I'm in Onederland" and explained it and he
laughed in that we all have a term for it! hahaha!
