Default Weight loss tips

Did you know research has found that your mind can be just as an
important part of your exercise routine as your body? And how you
think about weight loss can matter just as much as what you eat!

Default Weight loss tips

This is SO TRUE, but considered heresy on a NG such as this one populated by
folks who are emotionally invested in a diet program of one kind or another.

We hear all the time: "Diet XXX didn't work for me, so I'm gonna try YYY."
The focus with ALL diets, unfortunately, is adherence to a regimen rather
than one's behavior. It's behavior, not falling off a diet program wagon,
that leads to obesity.

Follow the above poster's advice, and anyone can lose weight without the
lifetime struggling and yo-yo results reported by most people who post here.
And you won't have to pay membership fees along the way.

The millions of people who maintain normal weight naturally, don't struggle
to do so. They don't even think about what they're doing. They simply and
naturally behave as described in the previous post.
