How do you deal with eating out?
Just got back from a trip to Santa Fe & lost 5 pounds in a week! I ate
salads, salads & salads. We ate 2x/day. When I ate breakfast I had scrambled eggs and ham, no toast. I had salads for dinner & lunch though 2x I had fish/baked potato/veg. I drank water, water, & water. I did make sure that I had salads with no cheeze & tried to get reduced fat or low cal dressing. Baked potato was with no butter. Being on vacation, we walked constantly! Finally, I tried to not finish meals. Leave some on the plate. JL |
