Default Continued Serenity

Well, it has been a week since my position was abolished, and
as I previously mentioned, my emotional response is still more
mellow on this WOL that it would have been prior. Also, I've
still not let the blow be an excuse for going off plan.

Actually, I've noticed that I seem to have an aversion to
anything obviously mega-carby. My SOGP's bd was yesterday,
and I got him a small chocolate sugar bomb cake, and I had
no desire to have any.

Actually, what I find interesting is that I had the ingrained
body habit of wanting to scoop up some icing with my finger,
but my aversion overrode the old habit before I even got my
finger close to the icing. I hope this continues.

I can't weigh myself, but the measurements are going down,
so I know things are progressing.

what is an SOGP? Only thing i can come up with is Significant Other Gay
Partner...but then you refer to him as a he LOL Help!
