I never intended for this post to be spam. I thought that it could help
some people in this group. I was unaware of newsgroups' rules. If I could
take the post off, I definitely would do that. Sorry for causing such a
disturbance.

I am an independent distributor of Awareness products. After searching for
ways to help myself and my family to improve our health, I finally found
answers. Our key products are featured in the 2003 Physicians' Desk
Reference for Nonprescription Drugs and Dietary Supplements. The
AwarenessLife products you are about to view have helped people all over
North American to maintain their health and contribute to their overall
well-being.

Whaddaya know, that's exactly what he said in alt.support.menopause when he
was routed out of there. Oddly enough, his reply also included a repeat of
the URL there, too.

One may report him to , by pasting the whole message
including headers in the body of the complaint.

I know you all probably know how to do it, I was just reminding those who
don't. :-)

Or to frowst with a book by the fire,
But to take a large hoe and a shovel also,
And to dig till you gently perspire.
