What we are Eating is "Not What's" Making us Fat
It has just always been accepted that we should eat three meals everyday and eat them so we can burn off the energy from those meals as soon as they are digested. This way the food will not be directed into body fat. This is what is wrong, is causing everyone to build up unnecessary body fat and putting everyone in a situation where they can't keep extra body fat off. Man has altered the natural food & energy procedures and created a new plan that makes us fight against our bodies to control body fat. Body fat is designed to be an asset to man.
