Default Anyone out there on WW tried the "Wendie Plan"?

Hello everyone!

I haven't posted in a quite a while this summer. Still OP and going strong.
Am down 25.5 pounds - only 4.5 to go till I'm down 30! Woohoo! I'm really
enjoying the program, although I did have a point where I reached a "teeter"
point, don't think it was a plateau, but a real slooow time and things
started to pick up for me again. Been doing different exercises to shake
things up - do 4-5 times a week, whereas I was exercising every day, but I
think my body was just going through the motions. Anyway, it seems when I
mix up my points and don't eat all of my flex points, I tend to lose better
for some reason. I did some research on the Wendie Plan and it looks like
it may do well for me. We'll see. I started it on Thursday. So far, so
good. There are definitely those days where I can everything and those that
I'm just not as interested in food. Anyway, I'm gonna give it a shot.
Anyone out there tried this method before? Thanks for your input!

Holly

Good work Holly! I'll remember to keep shaking things up to get similar
success. Here's to the next 4.5lbs!
