Anyone out there on WW tried the "Wendie Plan"?
Hello everyone!
I haven't posted in a quite a while this summer. Still OP and going strong. Am down 25.5 pounds - only 4.5 to go till I'm down 30! Woohoo! I'm really enjoying the program, although I did have a point where I reached a "teeter" point, don't think it was a plateau, but a real slooow time and things started to pick up for me again. Been doing different exercises to shake things up - do 4-5 times a week, whereas I was exercising every day, but I think my body was just going through the motions. Anyway, it seems when I mix up my points and don't eat all of my flex points, I tend to lose better for some reason. I did some research on the Wendie Plan and it looks like it may do well for me. We'll see. I started it on Thursday. So far, so good. There are definitely those days where I can everything and those that I'm just not as interested in food. Anyway, I'm gonna give it a shot. Anyone out there tried this method before? Thanks for your input! Holly |

Good work Holly! I'll remember to keep shaking things up to get similar
success. Here's to the next 4.5lbs! Medium Gnome "Holly Duncan" wrote in message ... Hello everyone! I haven't posted in a quite a while this summer. Still OP and going strong.
