Default Down 17 pounds since Jan. 5th.

Well, the weight isn't flying off, and I won't "be thin by summer", but I
have decided to stop stressing so much and enjoy the journey. I am down to
220 from 237. At least that's 17 pounds I didn't gain. And it hasn't
really been all that hard. I still have "treats" thanks to Smart Ones and I
only exercise for 30 minutes a night. I USED to starve myself and work out
for HOURS a day, but what I'm doing now is something I know I can live with
for the rest of my life. Plus, my blood pressure is getting better, too.
Weight Watcher's WORKS!!!
