Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.

You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low
Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over
the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that
they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low
carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates)

I live in the UK and trust me this diet is not sweeping the nation. I
don't know anyone who has even talked about it let alone followed
it .I don't know much about it so I'm not saying it is rubbish, but
sweeping the nation it is not. Mc Donald's and Pizza Hut are though.
It is pretty much common sense what they are saying and eating to
suite your calorie needs at specific times is obviously the right
thing to do. 9lbs loss in 11 days is pretty drastic though.

Didn't buy the diet, but I tried the theory as I understand it. I may
have it wrong but I don't think so. Shock the system into processing
foods high on one of the 3 major nutrients and vary the nutrient amounts
to get the shock effect. If I understood that part right, the diet
causes weight gain and relocates money from your pocket to the diet
promoter. New theory though, sounds good - doesn't work.
