I think all the swimming at the start of the week caught up with me!

Wednesday:

Breakfast:
2Wheetabix and milk: 3 points

Lunch:
Sandwich: 4 points
Tomato & cucumber: 0 points
Yoghurt: 2 points
apple: 0.5 points

Dinner:
Pasta bake with 3 points of pasta and 3.5 points of cheese o.5 points of
olives, and all these zero rated vegetables: onion, pepper, courgette,
tomato, garlic, mushrooms and herbs! Yummy!
Yoghurt: 2 points

Nibbles:
2 WW snack bars: 3 points
Cucumber sandwich: 2.5 points
apple: o.5 points
Cheese:3 points

Total consumed: 27.5
Exercise: 2.5 points walking
Saved from previous day: 15 points...

Result: Technically, I have 12 points to save for tomorrow, but I think
27.5 is too many.

Thursday:

Breakfast:
2 Wheetabix and milk: 3 points

Lunch:
tomato & cucumber: 0 points
cold potato@ 2 points
2 very small slices of salami: 0.5 points
bread and pineapple preserve: 2.5 points

Dinner:
chicken breast: 2.5 points
low fat oven chips: 3 points
salad: 0 points
Yoghurt: 2 points

nibbles:
2 WW snack bars: 3 points
cheese: 3 points
slice of bread and peanut butter: 3 points

Result:
Total consumed: 24.5 points
exercise: 1.5 points walking
Result: write off 11 points at weigh in

Weigh in: UP 1.5 pounds! RATS!

This comming week I shall eat my daily points allocation and try to
write off ALL my exercise points. I also need to eat less point heavy
snacks and try to get the points into 'real' food at meal times.

Journalling certainly lets you see where some trouble spots come in!
Mind you, I expected to put on last week and I lost, so maybe this is
just catch-up time! Back to the apples and carrots... PB sarnies late
at night must stop!
