Have any of you ever added up points from a day before ww?
I did and it added up to 71 points! No wonder! I did use the worse scenerio

I have thought about this from time to time, my biggest revelation was, "oh
I am not that hungry, I'll just have something light... gimme a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches, oh and I want a bowl of potato soup also... Last night I cooked in a pan sprayed with pam olive oil. canned corn onion tomato mushrooms yellow bell pepper I also grilled some tilapia fish with seasoning.
