No loss to report this week.

This is not surprising because, due to various issues with work, of the
seven days this week I ate only two meals on five of them (Sunday,
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and yesterday). This means my calories and
carbs were overwhelmingly in the one meal. I know that's not ideal. I
also seem to struggle to drink enough water on any days I'm at home,
though I'm working on that. AND, if that weren't enough, I don't eat
kippers at home but at work - I don't mind stinking out my colleagues,
but I draw the line at stinking out my house. At home, I tend to fall
and have bacon, and bacon and I are known enemies, I think due to the
high salt content. I also ate out (Chinese) on Thursday. The Chinese I
had included no rice, but I did have dry spare ribs, which that Chinese
tend to do with large amounts of salt. Why the salt problem doesn't
apply to kippers, I don't know. Observe on fitday:

On the up side, I tried on one of my winter coats today. I bought it
four years ago in a misplaced fit of enthusiasm, misplaced because it's
always been very tight around the hip area. I discovered it fit better
today than it did the day I bought it, which is excellent news. I'll be
able go back to wearing it just as soon as the weather is cold enough to
warrant it. OTOH, this does mean my real cold weather winter coat - the
huge affair with the faux fur lining and the faux leather look outside
which makes me look as if I'm about to go stomping across the Steppes -
will be miles too big and I'll have to donate it to one of my friends.

Monday morning.......I hit my monthly goal! I am at 183!!!! I have
been at 183.5 for a few days now, so I am pretty sure it's real.

With 8 days to go, maybe I get make 6 lbs this month.

Yipee! I am thrilled, and not a bit hungry. In fact, just the
opposite.
