Doug, GOOD POST! I found your info really interesting !! I'm looking at
my food differantly too although I have low blood sugar I eat SF Ice cream because I'm an I.C. freak!! If I keep SF on hand I eat this when I get the big cravings and it keeps me 'good' away from the bad stuff. I count no cals. at all but I just eat when hungrey and I eat till satisified. Congrats on you great progress. I just recently got back on the wagon too. Please keep close to here! We need you we need the great posts that you send. glo |

Years at a time? If the objective is to low weight (the main reason for a low cal diet) then there is no need to do it for years at a time. Perhaps you need to lose the notion that low carb means high calorie. It's not true. |

A grilled chicken breast is low-fat, as are many low-carb vegetables.
