Yesterday I cut a no-fat potato into fries-sized strips and baked them

with no
fat, and they taste pretty good, although not perfectly like the Fast Food
fries but close enough that most people wouldn't complain. Can't Fast Food
chains offer costomers an option of getting 0-fat fries? Also, if they

could
make sugar drinks with just enough low sugar such that the thermal energy

your
body needs to heat it from 0C is enough to compensate for the calories

from the
sugar? In fact, I'll soon send e-mails to fast food chains and companies

who
make soft drinks about this.

For a good, healthy fast food meal, I like to get a small chili and a
baked potato at Wendy's.
