This is a physilogical phenomenon for everyboy who is aging. The main point is as you are aging simultaneously your activities and responsibilities are also increasing. Thus your attention is diluted with many things. You feel you are loosing memory. The basic meditation techniques will improve your attention capabilities thereby your memory retention. Thanks.
