What to serve with Shrimp Salad
Ahoy all you experts of Cuisine:
Any suggestions about what to serve for lunch along with shrimp salad on a bed of lettuce? One of the luncheon guests will be bringing a melon/berry fruit salad. PoohBear |

PoohBear Beer would be the ideal accompaniment, but I'm guessing that's probably out. Just a thought...couldn't resist. My vote is for the avocado too. Tom |

PoohBear, What is the recipe for your shrimp salad, if you don't mind sharing it? BTW, Avocado is good any time. I would include fresh lemon slices. Biker |

I usually get out my trusty old cookbooks for help: The Joy of Cooking or a very old edition published by Good Housekeeping and try to adapt it to LC. It's turned out pretty good each time. I've pretty much decided to go with the avocado, thanks, Biker! PoohBear |
