Cheat Meal?
I was wondering what people thought was an appropriate time between
cheat meals. A week? A month? any input would be appreciated. Thanks |

I don't actually plan cheat meals, they just happen. Don't look at it as
cheating because there is nothing wrong with over indulging once in a while, just as long as you get back on track as soon as you can. Some people "cheat" then use that as an excuse to give up... its just a minor set back thats all. Suzanne "VMcdougal" wrote in message . ..
