Online folks - looking for "pick-me-up-guide" or
The electronic (i.e. online) version of meal plans is more
customizable than a PDF document or a print brochure. First, through the setting of preferences, I'll get a "regular" or "Balanced" meal plan or a higher protein meal plan or a higher carbohydrate meal plan or a vegetarian meal plan. Second, the meal plans are programmed to my daily points target, not a pre-set 20 points. Third, I can swap any of the meals of a particular time of day with a meal from that same time period on another day. For example, I can swap Thursday's breakfast with Friday's, or repeat the same breakfast every day. Finally, I can have the meal plan added to my journal, create a grocery list, and print a copy of my week's personalized meal plan. Personally, I like this much better than having a static document. Well, this one is aimed at just breaking a plateau with a fixed point
value. I would guess on the site, you could plug in 20 points and come up with an entire and very flexible plan. Clearly, this is more rigid but it suggests mixing lunch or dinner or days depending on the user's needs or moods. A friend with a bummed knee wants to follow it On Thu, 11 Dec 2003 19:11:27 -0600, Prairie Roots wrote: The electronic (i.e. online) version of meal plans is more customizable than a PDF document or a print brochure. Well, tonight's is fresh tuna grilled foreman style.
After I get home from the movie, I will post the shrimp recipe if I don't forget. Maybe they do not offer it electronically yet. Funny, they do not have it available online YET?? It is a 20 point set of menues for a week with variations for some of the meals. Legal size and can be folded in eights with the seven days and a "cover sheet." Actually, a friend is interested in it which is why I've been seeking it out. And electronic would be convenient. This is exactly how the meal plans work on the Canadian site too. I've not
used them yet and probably won't. Don't think I'd stick to a pre-configured meal plan. "Prairie Roots" wrote in message ... The shrimp recipe sounds great. DH HATES seafood that have any kind of
shell, so it's just Nicholas and I that eat it. It's funny because Nicholas and I will both eat shrimp, prawns, oysters, clams, crab, scallops, mussells, etc. Most times DH has a hard time just sitting at the same table as us when we eat seafood that is anything other than fish. Oh well, he doesn't know what he's missing!! "Fred" wrote in message ... Well, tonight's is fresh tuna grilled foreman style. And I remembered and posted the recipe a bit ago. I may do it
tomorrow if I can remember a lime. On Thu, 11 Dec 2003 20:18:58 -0800, "Brenda Hammond" wrote: The shrimp recipe sounds great.
