Lesanne, have you considered downloading mailwasher ? (www.mailwasher.net)
It 's a little program that allows you to view your mails before they are
downloaded on your pc. You can then mark the ones you don't want to download
and they are just deleted.
It 's free and it 's small, so it downloads quickly.

I got it pretty much under control not Nathalie, using the web mail feature
I have..
