I went on a much-needed vacation last week. Because of the hurricane, I
didn't know if I was going until a couple of hours before my scheduled
flight on Friday. I went to a quilt show, and stayed with my cousins in
Philadelphia. Had a marvelous time! I treated myself to some food
indulgences, but didn't go overboard.

I ended up with a gain of 1 pound, but not bad for vacation plus TOM. I'm
sure it will be gone quickly, and it was worth it! :-)

I'm ready to face daily life again, even if that does include a sick
toddler. :-(

I think you did better than I did. I was doing well while I was away
but I'm having trouble getting back into it now that I'm home :-(

I came home to a sick toddler as well. I hope yours is feeling better.

Not to worry, that 1 lb. will be gone soon. Hope your little one feels
better now.

Giles is currently running around getting into mischief, so I know she is
feeling better! Back to preschool for her on Friday! (I did keep Spike home,
too. No point in just one going to school - too traumatic for them and me!)

Wendy --

Glad you were able to go on vacation and that you didn't gain too much. I
will be leaving Friday morning for a three day cross stitch retreat and the
place we are staying has a chef, so I don't expect a great weigh in next
week. I also gained 1.6 lbs this week and I stayed on program just didn't
drink all my water -- so I will be floating this weekend. :-)
