Oh, so you mean products that contain white flour are good for you? And pop?
How 'bout that lovely white rice that has everything leached out of it? And
all the other stuff with sugar too? You mean that meat and raw vegetables
are not the way to eat? Holy crap! I've been going about this all wrong. No
wonder I'm wasting away!
The only difference between flour, starchy veggies(potatoes) and sugar, is
that the sugar tastes sweet. It all gets broken down in your stomach the
same way. Too fast for your body to handle. That's what's killing us.
