Default WW Point calculator

After a long hiatus, I'm back reading asdw again & trying to get my self
back on the program.

I had a major computer crash a couple months ago & no longer have the WW
point calculator. Can someone post the link to it?

Thanks!

You will have to join the group to get it. Move fast because Wwers legal
keeps trying to shut it down. Not that they offer anything comparable or as
good, but, you know, dogs in the manger....

Actually I found that you don't have to join to get the files. Just go to
the files section and download them. If you join they will e-mail them to
you automatically. I had read at Dottie's site that they were working on
updates to incorporate the Core food list but I have not seen them posted in
the eGroup yet.

I got those the last time I downloaded. I have both the Flex and Core lists
on my pda. Since I am new to this, I loaded two copies of the programmed
and, out of curiosity, am keeping up with the flex points at the same time
as the CORE. Odd that they come out about the same! ho-ho!

The points are exactly the same. Under Core you don't count everything
though. If you are seeing points for something core like FF milk instead of
0 then there is something wrong with the way the lists were set up. I have a
pda but have not ever figured it out. Last years xmas toy but I never really
started using it. DD used for games.

Hi Nathalie,

I thought of you when we were in Sun Valley at the Jazz Jamboree this fall.
