coke light influence on insulin?
Hello,
Does anyone know if coke light that contains aspartam and other sweeteners have the same effect on insulin response than cokes with sugar? cheers, Chris

If you use fructose as sweetener there is a small response, but this is not the case in coke light AFAIK.
