well we did travel but I guess doing stuff right eventually does pay off,
down 4.8 for the week. This has been a very stressful week so I was extra
diligent about my water and food journal, I knew if I let it slip I would be
in trouble, we went to the hospital to say good bye to my grandmother so I
have been sad... but I will be relieved for her when she is able to complete
making the next step, have a great week and tell those you care about that
you do care about them, Lee

Congrats on the loss Lee, especially given that you've had a stressful week.
I'm sorry to hear that your grandmother isn't well... saying goodbye is so
difficult, my heart goes out to you.

Keep up the good work!!

thanks, it is sad but I think she would be much happier if she could take
the next step, her mind is fine, but her body is quitting, Lee

I am so sorry to hear about your grandmother but happy that you have
such a good weight loss. If you need something to get you through this
sad time, I highly recommend The Next Place by Warren Hanson.

her, and she is almost 90. she will be with my grandfather and she is
physically uncomfortable so it is time, Lee
