Default great new recipe

Though the advice is that one shouldn't eat a lot of liver, every now
and again...

Chicken livers, marinated

1 lb. chicken livers, rinsed
1 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. olive or other oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T. Barbeque of the Americas spice mix (from Penzeys) or, use your
favorite

Marinate for 3-4 hours, and then bake your livers.

Oh, my.
