trying to find the reason
hello i am new i posted a little bit ago but thought i might have another
reason. pls give me your input i made a 3 meat chli hambuger 1 1/2 lbs 1 lbs pork 1 lbs beef 1 can tomato sauce whole can 9.5 carbs 3/4 cups pinto beans canned 15 carbs 1 celery stick 1.6 carbs then spices carb total = 26 carbs split into 6 meals + 7 carbs i am not sure if this is what caused my weight loss to stop i thought i would be ok because it made 6 sevings pls let me know what you think having problems finding the culpret. natalie |

If you're eating it for lunch or dinner several days in a row, that might cause a problem (it would for me, anyway). Best wishes, Bird |

Canned foods usually have lots of salt in them. It could cause water retention if you've cut back on salt in other ways. The calories are highish if you have this meal often and you are a small woman. Plus, this is only the begining of your third week, and many people have a small 'pause' at this time before begining losing again a week or two later. Not to mention, it may have nothing to do with your diet at all-- many women have water retention/masking during TOM. Relax, you're doing fine. Remember it didn't go on overnight, and it won't come off that way either. (But it will come off if you don't give up.) revek |
