Hit a plateau!
I started WW about a year ago, as well as running. I lost 25 pounds
and ran the Seattle Marathon. I recently began working full-time again, and am having a hard time staying motivated and organized in continuing my diet/exercise regimen. I feel as if there are not enough hours in the day for my healthy eating, running and family. Any suggestions for getting back on track? Thanks! |

Figure out your general meals for the week and go to the grocery store today. Make it easy but have things on hand that will stop you from impulse meals. |

Actually, I'm in a computer course for my Master's degree right now.
Our assignment was to join a newsgroup. Thanks though. I'm going to the store right after this. You're right. I think if I come up with a menu for the week, it would help. Thanks! |

We used to both get home from work and do the old "What do you want for dinner?" Next thing you knew we were doing take out. Do a google search for WW receipes and you will find many. As far as being busy at work, one thing I have done is take a walk at lunch. I have noticed I don't yawn as much in the afternoon now. |

welcome, and planning is the key, having easy things to take to work is a
must, and cooking in bulk on the weekend may also help you, the crock pot cook book might be a huge help for you, best of luck, Lee Donner1972 wrote in message oups.com...
