I have seen people referring to Baco as a meat substitute. Where do you find
it?

There is Boca (vegetable protein) found in the frozen section at the grocery
store and there is Baco's imitation bacon bits, I think those are found in
the area of the salad dressings. At that is where those are found in my
local grocery store.
