Funny .. I started on a Tuesday and lost 2.5 kgs in that first 4-day week.

I suspect if your friend didn't even lose the initial water weight, she
wasn't sticking to it ... and could actually be angry with herself
rather than you or WW.

Me, I'm still having to get up at least once during the night, so it's a
wonder I didn't slosh when moved!

I have always had the sneaking suspicion that water really doesn't help us
