Thanks Lee. The welcome duties are part of what keeps me going here. I

The pluses definitely outweigh the minuses. How have I maintained for this length of time? I eat pretty much the same most days, with one or two days a week where I eat a bit more. My standard menu works out at about 18-20 points per day, so I think I average out at 22-24 points per day over the week. I do try to take special occasions into account, so I will eat a bit less if I know there's something coming up. It's all about balance. I don't journal anymore, but I will occasionally count points in my head if it's been a particularly unusual day. I walk 30 minutes 4-5 times a week too. Exercise is not something that I *love* to do, but I do need to do it for my mental and physical well-being. I've made sure that it fits into my day, and I try to avoid the "I don't wanna" excuse. No, I have never quite made my personal goal, but I'm not really too concerned. I'm maintaining around my current weight without too much effort and I'm comfortable here. Besides, all my clothes fit! can I ask why you don't go to meetings anymore? Lee just nosy

I used to go to a lunch time meeting near where I worked. My job then
changed locations and I never managed to find another lunchtime meeting with a decent leader. By that time I'd been maintaining OK by myself, so I haven't bothered about it too much.
