FWW Week 40

Wow, has time flown!

I'm updating this post because I don't have family data, but I have
mine, so I will share it here.

As of this morning, I've dropped 28.5 pounds since Week 1(1/3/05) and
have found a niche in doing WW..I'll call it "Modified WW"

Since WW doesn't have stand-alone desktop software for the U.S.(but
does for other countries, A BIG bone of contention), I have begun using
Calorie King to track my food, but figured out my average calories I
would intake on WW so I track calories instead of POINTS.

So far, it works out GREAT!

We dropped 1.5 this week. Not a phenomenal loss, but still a loss
considering I had my department from work over on Saturday for a BBQ
and
there were too many sweets available

With school starting up in a week or so, schedules will get regular and
things back on track.

Apparently one of the things that most successful losers have in
common is that they took what they could from 'standard' diets and cut
the rest to suit.

You have been doing really well keep it up

Thanks, Ray. It's been a battle and I needed a "niche" and found it.
Kudos to you for being an example that WW DOES work!
