Default Exercise & Food 10/12/05

Posting early today because I have my meals planned and I'm busy this evening.


Went into class today passed another tax test 2 down 5 to go. Made it to
curves before class. Don't have much planned the rest of the down but house
work.

Exercise- curves 158 calories burned 2 pts earned

Food
Breakfast 1 cup bran, 1 med banana, 1 cup 1 % milk, 1 cup OJ
Lunch - WW Beans and rice, 1 cup spinach
Supper - approx 3 cups stir fry (1 small chicken breast, 1 cup stir fry
veggies, 1 cup teriyaki noodles), 1 cup jello salad

Calories 1386 / pts 24
