Food:
9:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 11:30 (shopping): banana 1:45 (home): 5 oz. canned tuna mixed w/ 1/2 oz. chopped peanuts, 1/4 cup cut-up green grapes, and no-calorie blue cheese dressing 4:30 (home): energy bar 7:15 (home): 180g turkey meatloaf (ground turkey, turkey sweet Italian sausage, whole wheat breadcrumbs, egg, seasonings); 150g sauteed green beans; 7 3/4 oz. merlot 11:00 (home): 248g f/f cottage cheese w/ 57g orange marmalade Totals: 1667 calories (166 from wine), 36g fat (20%), 154g carbs (37%), 138g protein (33%) Averages for the week: 1418 calories, 26% fat, 37% carbs, 36% protein (Considerably below my goal of 1600 calories -- not particularly by intent. But I do plan to eat a lot a few days next week :-).) Exercise: Nothing but some shopping and minor housework. Chris 262/178/??? |
