Well folks I got it with a bang. Even with the new size 10 jeans on, I was

me credit for the whole shebang on my book, from 365 (my 1981 join weight),
instead of just the 86 pounds I lost this incarnation since Feb 2002. They
are really pushing me to write up a story for the magazine, I am thinking
that over. Anyway, I am kind of numb.

Thats BRILLIANT Lesanne. 365 to 161 is fabulous. Congratulations.

You really must write an article. You can insprire loads of people.
Let them know that it IS possible to get back to a reasonable weight.
I didn't believe I could lose all that weight when I started and I
know others who think the same. You can prove them wrong.

Well, I just tried playing with ASCII Large, Grand TEXT formatting
programs from my old dos days and could not succeed but you did
SUCCEED. So you will just have to accept my plain ordinary
CONGRATULATORY CONGRATULATIONS.

CONGRATULATIONS.

Default Regarding the whole WW mag idea

I had a story done on me in prevention mag. years ago when I lost the first
big chunk in the 80's. I had gone from the 365 to 180 something then got
stuck and went back up into the 200's later and yoed around there until I
joined WW again in Feb 2002. The thing is, when that story came out, in Jan
1990 prevention, I was deluged with requests from supermarket tabloids, etc.
to use it.

And my pictures that I sent got lost forever (although eventually they did
return one of them all chopped up) Lots of stuff. Not to mention I will
have to write all that down, and I bet they don't pay for it. Not that it
would matter, but I just don't know. It was not Just WW that caused me to
finally succeed at this, although they certainly played a part. I just
don't know if I can deal with that again if it causes an uproar. I am
actually a pretty private person.

I think the whole publicity thing is scary. Online, you're assured of
some anonymity, after all.

Do what you are comfortable with. I know that you are an inspiration
to many - you certainly are to me. But you're doing this for you, not
the rest of the world

Hugs,
Kimba
