NYNY - Fred, Oct 8th
My leader will be at goal for 35 years this upcoming May. She still
continues to journal and believes that is what keeps her on track and keeps her 110 lbs off. Debbie "Fred" wrote in message ... UP an even 2.0 but still under WW goal but over NYNY goal. I decided to restart Journaling today. 161.4 Fred 219.2/161.4/164.0 (goal) Start WW: Oct 29, 2002 |

It costs only TIME to attend and so far, I'm willing to continue to
expend that. I think with the holidays just around the corner, that attending will be a reasonable idea. Besides, I'm just two or three weeks shy of my one year anniversary. I will see that through at least. While a lot of the meetings are repeitious, I can deal with that so far. Here's to attending for a few more months anyway. The stress level around here is pretty wicked, I wouldn't want to let anything slide until I have an idea what I can actually eat and stay around this weight. Or less. I really would like to be under 160, meetings would no doubt help with that little endeavor. I think without em, I might just coast. "Fred" wrote in message .. . Other than when I went out-of-town, I have been pretty much weighing weekly even though we do not have to. I did go to one meeting not expecting to weighin but my leader convinced me after she noted that they get paid per body and that bodies only counted if their official booklet (the one ww keeps) shows attendance. So I have weighed in each time I go. It may help keep you accountable if you think that you need that accountability. I figure the Journal will help be see what I really am doing snacking-wise lately. The snacks have been creeping up. On Wed, 08 Oct 2003 20:09:16 GMT, "Lesanne" wrote: heh. Yes - a concerted effort is necessary to maintain. I know part of the
issue is sameness but also I think I can attribute some of it to comfort foods to overcome mourning. I also know the seasonal change has not been something I have been looking forward to. Multiple reasons but not acceptable as excuses. I think journalling will help. Yes - still under goal. And two weeks ago, it was 2.4 up. So I think
that maybe this is part of Maintenance. A bit up. A bit down. And some holding ground, too. Still under goal which is a good thing. I think lifetime maintenance is all
about bouncing around a bit. Surely there's no one out there who stays exactly the same weight every single day? I still journal haphazardly, and if I really want to get down to my personal goal I'm going to have to focus on it a bit more. It's a great tool to have for the times you feel like you're starting to lose that control. -- Julie. 93.5/73.2/74 (WW)/72 (Personal) kg 205.7/161.0/162.8 (WW)/158 (Personal) lb "Fred" wrote in message ... Hey Roots ! NYNY - Fred, Oct 8th
I am finding it very nerve wracking to stay in one spot. Even though I want
to go down a bit more, I find myself Also wanting to eat a bit more freely, have days when I don't carry the journal or write in it..... I get to "decide" if I am going to weigh in or not this week. It is a mine field. I have a sneaking suspicion that if I just turn my back for a minute I am going to get bit in the behind. "Prairie Roots" wrote in message ... Now that I think about it, the only Real reason I wanted to get all the way
to goal was to be able to go for free. So I should now not go? I think not "Fred" wrote in message ... It costs only TIME to attend and so far, I'm willing to continue to expend that.
