Default Ray Miller ! :)

Hey RAY, You sure are Nowhere Near 273 guy !! !!

The cardio will peel that extra off like crazy now that you are back on
track.

I did a WI this morning and I'm happy to say I'm back to 210.
Thats a little heavier than I had hoped but I'm OK with it.

I also did an exercise session yesterday and I couldn't lift anything
like what I was lifting (30kgs instead of 40kgs on the bench), so I'll
have to start over again on the weights. I also intend to do more
cardio which I've not been doing recently, and of course I've lost
some of the staying power I had built up.

Oh well it's a journey not a destination as they say.

Ray

you are recovering and that is great, you are using your slippage as
incentive and a gauge of where you are and you are not beating yourself up,
that is so wonderful, good luck this week, Lee

My average this week is 159.5, which is down a half pound from last weeks.
I am happy with that. I will probably go to the meeting tomorrow and get

my
official december weight out of the way while I am sure it will be good

Back on track is good. Congrats on the losses. You'll be back into lifting
what you were before sooner than you know! Good luck Ray!

You've got the munchies too Fred? Must be our weather here in the pacific
northwest! Sure has been crappy hasn't it? Did you have any power outages
there? We didn't where we are, but my parents who are an hour north of us
were out two nights in a row! Don't know if it's come back on yet or not.
They have a generator, so they're not totally down.

You're doing a great job of keeping yourself in that lower decade. I
like your thinking about getting the December WI out of the way.

I did not lose power but lots of places did - about Half of the county
on Thurs and they report about 70,000 are still without power. Power
crews are down here from British Columbia to help get things back to
normal. Trees down everywhere - quite amazing.

And it appears that the sun is attempting a return. I will rake
leaves and bike ride if it stays somewhat reasonable.

Hope you have better weather there today and that bit of sun stays for the
day at least. We are getting nothing but wind and rain here. I'm looking
south and see what you mean by the sun attempting a return. It looks much
nicer your way than it is here!

The power came back on at my parents around 9:00 last night, so they were
only out for 3 hours. I can remember as a kid the power sometimes being off
for a week or more (my parents still live in the same house).

Here's hoping that weather holds out long enough for you to rake the leaves
and get in a bike ride. We're doing the grocery shopping, a few Christmas
presents and assembling a gingerbread house at some point today (it's the
most important thing in Nicholas' life at the moment and probably for the
first half hour of putting it together!).
