Breakfast: buffet at the hotel- 1 biscuit w/ margarine, 3
french toast sticks w/ syrup, small portion of cooked apples w/ cinnamon, scrambled eggs cal- 893 Lunch/Dinner: fried rice, vegetables, 2 shrimp, 2 scallops, salad w/ ginger dressing. diet coke cal- 710 Total Cals- 1603 |
