what is quorn? is it the same as American corn? or is it just a coinkidink

Try eating less and doing some exercise.

I had the problem of not eliminating enough because I wasn't getting enough
fiber from my new diet. I started taking sugar-free Metamucil to help my fiber content, and it did a few wonders. Don't do this just to lose weight. Do this to improve your health and lifestyle. In the long run, you will be able to control your weight, but don't expect instant miracles. Do expect an improvement in your overall well-being, and enjoy life a bit. Without chocolate. |
