I can put those capris on over my pants now, and stick both arms
in the waistband. And they still fall down, LOL! Gotta love it!

The fun part comes when you can fit yourself and another person (if
possible, naked and of the opposite sex) together in the old pants... That's
where it starts getting *really* impressive.

I've been cleaning out my closets and don't know what to do with my fat
pants. They're a pair of size 18-20 drawstring in black cotton. Even when
they fit they looked like crap on me. If I keep them, I know I'll never

wear
them again. Here's the thing - do I want to keep them so I can see how far
I've come or do I want a reminder of how bad I looked and then become
depressed and possibly want to binge eat.

When you decide your ready put them on, take a photo of your progress and
get rid of them. The best of both.

i think you answered your own question...
why not take your fat clothes to womens shelters or places where others can
benifit from them.

I agree with this, but keep one pair of pants to remind yourself how
far you have come (or incentive to never_go_there_again). That is what
I did.

I'm sure someone on the fat acceptance list would want them.

I agree with Rosie on this. A better incentive, for me, is to get something
new, something cheap, interim slacks or a tee shirt.
Enjoy how good a smaller size looks, that's positive reinforcement!
