Michael Thurmond's Six Week Body Makeover
Hello Google Groups.
My name is Jessica and I'm looking to start a group to talk about using Michael Thurmond's Six Week Body Makeover. I know he has his own support groups, but I want to talk to REAL people about REAL experiences. I have ordered the program and am still waiting for it to arrive, but if you're out there using the program, please post your info here!! Happy dieting! ~Jessica

It includes an hour walk every day and that sure can't hurt. In spite of their claims that you eat more it was a 1000 calorie low fat plan so I was very hungry by the second day. As usual no magic bullet. I tried the specialized exercises a bit and they did fine. Complex, but that is to be expected in a customized system.

I've read in some sites the plan is very labor intensive. Keep me posted! Maru
