another good one to try that I had this morning with my hi-lo cereal and my
kashi puffs cereal...soy slender soy milk! Vanilla, chocolate or espresso!
And at only 70 calories a cup, plus 5 carbs and 4 of them fiber, you can't go
wrong!

Umm, are you sure it has soy? I have a half gallon of the
chocolate and there is no mention of soy in the ingredients.

Good stuff, though!

The Soy Slender is totally a soy product. The Hood's isn't soy.

We were out of regular milk and my milk loving son drank some of ours and
loved it just the same. To a 7 year old it was still just milk

Here's hoping that next winter they can be convinced to make a low carb
egg nog! (Yes, I know I can make it myself, but I really like being able
to just pour some from a carton).

Also, I wonder what the chances are that Starbucks could be convinced to
offer that for lattes?
