Food & Exercise -- 8/15/2007
Well, we're back home -- nice to be back! Today we drove home from
Columbus, OH -- about 430 miles. We had lunch at a Roadfood- recommended place in Morgantown, WV, and then took a scenic (but slower) route the rest of the way home, through the WV mountains. After we got back I did some of the stuff that needs doing after a long trip away -- going through mail, etc. -- then went out to the grocery to pick up a few stables. Now, I'm relaxing -- still finish my glass of wine. Food: * 8:30 (hotel breakfast buffet): waffle w/ 3/4 oz. peanut butter & drizzle of sugar-free syrup; small glass orange juice * 11:00 (driving): banana nut muffin (picked up at a Perkins restaurant before we set out in the morning) * 1:00 (restaurant): fried oysters; applesauce; French fries (ate about half); blackberry pie w/ ice cream * 8:30 (home): 2 poached eggs w/ 1 slice whole wheat toast, 3 slices f/ f cheese, & grated hard cheese; 1 glass wine Exercise: None -- just driving Chris 262/130s/130s |
