august 14th 2007
i have decided to start keeping my food journal here instead of in a "book like journal" as i have during previous health quests. it does get a little tricky when going back and veiwing particular days in that i work midnight shifts at my hotel job and this is just one more area of my life that is affected.
i should probably just ignore the actual time and go by when i wake up until when i go to bed. so my day starts on one day and goes until the next. tricky. 8*13*7 8:30 PM: Awake 12:30AM: 2 small peanut butter cup, 1 small caramel cup: 190 Calories 2:30AM: 1/2 portion stir fried veggies and 1/4 cup fried rice Salad: greens, cheese:2ish OU, almonds:1/8 C, cucs, tomatoes:6 grape, mushrooms and homemade raspberry balsamic vinagerette (sugar free rasp. jam used.) 4:40AM: ice cream cone: 340 Calories..oh my god, i dont think i should eat these suckers again, and fro yo tastes better too! |
