I feel like I am cheating!
WW is great and if you do as you said and track you will lose, I am really
pleased to lose one point at a time now instead of 2, good for you, Lee karmon74 wrote in message ... I was a little skeptical at first when I was told my daily points were 34, with nursing points included. So my first week I was thinking "there's no way I can lose too much even if I count my points religiously if I eat ice cream, or a burger, or drink Starbucks". Sure enough, 4.2 lb. loss my first week. And this week I am doing pretty much the same, I track every single point on line, eat what I want, stay within my limits, and still lose! This is awesome! :-) Well, I lost 1 point in the process, and now my daily allowance is 33. BTW, does anyone here use the WW on-the-go thingie? I am thinking of buying a PDA just for that, and also to have all of the files from the dwlz website. Anything I can do on the computer, I don't want to do it by hand... Maria |

I feel like I am cheating!
What I have a hard time with is "guesstimating" point values for items I
don't have the NI for - even though I must be doing good on that aspect or I wouldn't be losing... My husband is an associate pastor so we get invited to people's homes or out to eat to non-chain restaurants quite a bit... I am so happy my WI is on Saturdays, because any damage I may have caused during the week-end can be corrected before my meeting. It really isn't real damage, since I stay within my point allowance and never use more than the 35 flex points... OK, I may have only 2 or 3 left at the end of the week, but still... I always have to eat every point or I don't lose, and a tip for eating out,
pick something that is easy for you to guess at like a chicken breast, or a vegetable salad. At other people's houses, you could always ask for the recipe, tuck it in your purse and figure out how much of the recipe you ate then point it, it is good you are having such a great time, Lee karmon74 wrote in message ... Because you are nursing, you are losing but it will slow down as you lose more weight. I don't have the on the go thing, but wish I did. Audrey |
