WI today and Day 1

Default WI today and Day 1

Ok, I weighed at 145.4 lbs this morning. That's 2.8 down from last week.

Activity:
Before work I went for a 30 minutes swim. 1 AP

Not huge, but I was very sick all week so it's a good start for me.

I'm planning on doing some WII fit later today or tonight.

I ate:

Breakfast:
2 hardboiled egg whites 0pts
3/4 (or so) cup blueberries with 1 tablespoon (maybe a bit less) of apple
butter 2pts (barely)

Snack (at work):
I had a bag of multigrains thins (WW) 2 pts

Lunch:
Salad with 2 oz smoked salmon 2pts
3/4 cup blueberries (love them!) 2 TBSP greek yogurt, 1 tbsp apple butter. 3

2 clementines 1pt

Snack:
Hot tea 0 pts

Dinner (planned):
Leftover carrabean chicken with left over vegetable rice. (pts depend on
portions)

Snack:
1/2 sandwiches 2pts
Hot tea 0pts

Looking good so far...

I managed NOT to gobble up all the saved and earned activity points from
my swimming when we took Big Sis out to lunch in London today. She and
I have wheat/gluten problems, so had risotto. Very good it was too, and
as neither of us could finish what we had, the Giant Mutant Ninja
Teenager got bits to finish, after demolishing a delicious looking fresh
caneloni dish. So I got natter time with sis, auntie got to tease the
GMNT (nothing he can't handle - he gives as good as he gets, or better),
I swapped a couplke of sewing machines over, and a good time was had by
all.

I still have six and a half saved points for treats the rest of the
week. I've gone back to Late Night Carrots rather than crisps or a
sandwich.

Well done! I 'm starting again today. Weighing in was no fun, I still
need to convert and put it it my sig, but need to get used to the number
first... Oh well, it can only go down, right?
