Try Almond Flour, I used some in a Ground Beef Meatloaf and it was

great!

Where do I find this???

http://www.nuts4u.com/asp/s-products.asp?Category=8 is one, or you can
make your own by getting plain blanched whole almonds and grinding
them up in a food processor.

Put some low carb bread in a food processer along with some pork rinds
and it works great.

I'd like to make a ground turkey meatloaf but what can I use in place of the
bread/crackers I usually put in? Is there a low carb substitute for this?
thanks.

Ground up flax seeds. That is what I use.

I made a low carb meatloaf that was delicious! I used Wasa high fiber
crackers ground up in my blender, about 5 for 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
and 1/2 pound ground pork, 2 eggs, 1 onion (grated) salt and pepper to
taste. My family loved it and so did I.
