dinner tonight
"rosie" wrote in message
... last night, i turned the oven up to 400 degrees and threw one in the oven. cooked in about two hours and was fabulous! Recently got a new BBQ with one of those rear rotisseries. Little bit more money, but well worth the cost for roasting, particularly poultry which tends to flare up so easily. Did a couple of chickens on the spit and they were the best I've ever had. Looking forward to doing a turkey shortly. Dean i noticed that we have WHOLE turkeys (10lb average) for sale in our grocery store....................cleaning out their freezers perhaps? tonight? something with spaghetti squash! |
