Default Lost a lot of weight.

I've lost a lot of weight last year (went from 260 to 195 pounds) and the
thing is I have a lot of loose fat and skin and I'm wondering how to get rid
of it. Anyone had that problem and solved it?

I'm thinking of buying a stationnary bike and doing that about 30 mins a day
to an hour, would it help me about losing all the fat on my body or iw would
just be good for the legs? My legs are fine actually. All my body is alright
'cept my upper arms, chest and belly.

It depends quite a bit on your age. When you are fairly young, the loose skin
will shrink over time - it takes at least 6 months after your reach goal before
all the skin will shrink. I lost almost 100 pounds in my 40's & the skin
completely shrank. Well, I put it all back on plus some, but this time only some
of the skin has shrunk and the rest is just hanging. I did look into having it
surgically removed, but decided it was just too invasive as well as being
extremely costly. If you are young then exercise & time will take care of most
of it. Wish you luck.

I'm 23 years old so you think I shouldn't worry much about it?
I'll start cycling in the morning before work and then this winter I will
pick up snowboarding and find new things to do. I really don't want to go
into gyms, I hate it there.

You have lost a lot rather quickly, which is why you have so much loose
skin. Keep up your exercise routine, and add a little something for
extra upper body exercise, and it will eventually shrink down. It may
never vanish altogether: a lot of that will depend on your age, what
type of skin you have (dry skin is less elastic), and so on...

Good luck!
