Default FINALLY MADE 100 POUNDS

Hello all,

Well today I got on the scale and it read 199 pounds. Yippee for me!
Tomorrow will be seven months since I started eating healthy, exercising,
and visited my doctor and weighed in at 300 pounds. I have another 24
pounds to reach my goal of 175. I have been pretty good at sticking with my
new WOE and really feel I'm under control. I'm still walking about 20 to 24
miles a week and use either a stairclimber or elliptical machine for 5 to 6
hours a week.

Thanks to everyone for your support these last seven months. I'm hoping to
reach my goal by June 30th, if I make it I will have lost 125 pounds in 10
months.

I hope everyone is doing well with their weight or maintenance,

Paul

Congrats Paul! It's a pretty big milestone not only to lose 100 lbs but
also to break the 200 lb mark. Keep up the great work!

Congratulations. With your determination I had no doubt you would make this
milestone. What an inspiration you've been to the rest of us to stick to
our own plans.

Wow! Congrats! That is a really great accomplishment. Give yourself a pat
